| Several years ago, a frame I'd ordered from you was lost in the mail. Not only did you replace that frame (with a sweet, bright blue cat's eye), you also sent a free frame. Years later...this past weekend...my blue cat's eye glasses snapped in two and a couple short hours later my left eye decided it would reject contacts.
